NCDA Assessments

We have two different Facilitating Career Development assessments available to Registry Members. You can request the assessments by contacting Mary Ann Powell, NCDA Special Projects Director.

Professional Development

All NCDA Instructors and those individuals who hold a CCSP are required to obtain 30 hours of continuing education during each 3-year period. GCDF credential holders are required to obtain 75 hours of Continuing Education during each 5-year certification period.

All Continuing Educations Units (CEUs) must relate to one of the 12 Career Development Competencies (listed under Learn About FCD Training). NCDA Instructors and CCSP holders will be audited at the end of their 3-year certification period by NCDA. GCDFs will be audited at the end of their 5-year certification period by the Center for Credentialing and Education (CCE).
