The School Career Development Advisor Training is a 45-hour program designed for providers who work in many settings and help prepare K-12 students for meaningful work. School Career Development Advisors work with other staff to coordinate the design, implementation, and monitoring of school and community-based efforts to improve the chances of students entering the job market with the skills, knowledge, and credentials to be, and remain, competitive. A instructor manual contains all student materials.
PLEASE NOTE: Instructors using this curriculum must attend an NCDA-approved SCDA Instructor Training Workshop and be listed on the NCDA SCDA Instructor Registry.
