JoAnn Harris Bowlsbey 1933-2022

NCDA is sad to learn that NCDA’s 1996-97 President, JoAnn Harris Bowlsbey, has passed at her home in Maryland. Her obituary can be found here.

JoAnn was a giant in the field of career development both nationally and internationally.  She was awarded the prestigious Eminent Career Award, NCDA’s highest honor, in 1999 and the Presidential Recognition Award in 2019.
