Dr. Condoa Parrent is the Director of Student Success and Advising at Tarrant County College Northeast Campus, an adjunct faculty member at Purdue University Global, and co-owner of Career Elevate Online, a professional development organization dedicated to advancing career development professionals through innovative online training. With more than 25 years of experience in higher education, she specializes in student success, career development, advising, leadership, and workforce readiness. Dr. Parrent is an NCDA Master Trainer, Chair of TEXAAN Region III, and a national presenter committed to helping institutions build career-ready campus cultures through innovative advising, professional development, and strategic collaboration.
