Dr. Justin Arnold is the Director of the East Central Illinois Workforce Board, President of the Illinois Workforce Association, and a member of the United States Workforce Associations. Through these leadership roles, he supports initiatives that advance practitioner competencies and strengthen the workforce development profession within the national public workforce system.
Dr. Arnold earned his Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from Western Michigan University. His dissertation examined career services for young adults at public universities. He is an NCDA Certified Facilitating Career Development (FCD) Instructor and a Certified Career Services Provider (CCSP).
