The Chicago School Online Counselor Education and Supervision Department is proud to announce our 9th Annual Virtual Conference: Creating Safe Spaces. Implications for Counselors, Clients, Students, and Supervisees taking place from June 9th to 11th, 2026 via Zoom. Students, faculty, and clinicians are invited to submit proposals for a 50-minute live educational session or a 50-minute live discussion or case study presentation. Topics may be related to:
- Trauma Informed Counseling
- Ethics
- Cultural Humility
- Addictions
- In Tele-Behavioral Health
- Cultural Competency
- Providing Safe Spaces Across the Counseling Profession
The last day to submit proposals is Sunday, March 15th. The proposals will be selected by a committee, and members will receive a notification of acceptance on Sunday, April 19th. Presenters must register for the conference to present. Presentations may be practical, research results, or experiential. Pre-registration for the Virtual Conference will open soon.
