Passionate to help build the professional futures of the next generation of NCDA FCD Instructors and NCDA CCSPs. Over 35 years in higher education/career services;  over 15 years of extensive training experience globally: Asia, Africa, Gulf Region, Europe, Central and South America; 23 years of teaching Career Development course in graduate schools to students to preparing to be School Counselors and Mental Health Counselors; 35 years working with students with disabilities. Have provided training internationally since 2010, Clients in China, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, Poland, Nigeria and beyond and, of course, throughout the United States.
